Hello! I'm Taylor, a passionate UX/UI Designer on the lookout for my next exciting role.  Known for my proficiency in visual design and crafting seamless, user-friendly experiences, I thrive in a collaborative environment. My professional journey includes a tenure as a Product Designer at Differential, where I played a significant role shaping and designing user experiences for diverse projects, ranging from mobile apps for small groups to a dashboard for airport operations. Additionally, I led the design and Webflow implementation of a comprehensive church website, showcasing my skills in visual design, information architecture, and interaction patterns. During my freelance role at Barefoot Proximity, I conducted UX audits, created user flows, and championed the user's perspective in various projects. Prior to my senior year of undergrad, my strategy & insights summer co-op at Nelson Worldwide provided me with a unique perspective on user experience within the retail industry.

Kind Words (From Teammates)

"I had the pleasure of working with Taylor for over three years at Differential. While working as a Product Designer across a wide range of products, she leveled up her design, communication, and product strategy.

I worked with Taylor on many products, but most notably on EASE, a product to help streamline airport operations. She built the entire brand, shaped and designed features, and worked hand-in-hand with the engineers to unlock more value in the product.

Taylor has a calm and stabilizing personality that brings level-headed thinking, ego-free communication, and simplicity to any team that she works on. I hope I have the opportunity to work with her again."

Drew Barontini

Chief Product Officer, Differential

"Working with Taylor, a talented Product Designer, was an exceptional experience. As a software developer, I was continually impressed by her outstanding ability to communicate effectively with the engineering team. Her dedication and meticulous attention to detail were instrumental in developing a multi-platform application focused on delivering a positive user experience.

Taylor's skill in harmonizing design principles with technical requirements sets her apart. Her presence in any team would be immensely beneficial, not only for her professional expertise but also for the enjoyable and collaborative work environment she naturally creates."

Nathan Lewis

Software Engineer, Differential

"Taylor's one of the best designers I've been lucky enough to worked with -- detail-oriented, efficient, thinks strategically about product and always produces pixel perfect, beautiful visuals. She's a very fast learner and able to pick up new technical tools easily. Also a super collaborative team player with excellent communication skills."

Shahbano Imran

Senior Product Designer, Differential

"I worked directly with Taylor across multiple projects during her time at Differential for over three years. We worked together on brand new greenfield products for clients like the YMCA and also worked on the design for mobile applications that served tens of thousands of daily active users. What’s most impressive about Taylor was her rapid growth and improvement as a product designer. She came into Differential with limited professional experience and rapidly grew, stepping into bigger and bigger design roles and projects at the company. Since I had the opportunity to work directly with Taylor on some of the company's most important projects, I observed her care for detail and her inner design thinking. She was constantly honing her craft. Over the years, she became an expert in Figma. She was also put on projects that forced her to learn new technologies like Webflow, which she could quickly level up on and become proficient in without any prior experience. These are all examples of Taylor’s ability to learn and adapt in different ways, always looking for how to apply human-centered design best practices to the products and experiences she was focused on. Taylor is intrinsically motivated to do her best work, which makes her a great asset on a team that’s moving fast and needs to cover a lot of ground."

David Woody

Managing Partner, Differential

"I've had the privilege and to opportunity to work with Taylor at Differential and have always been super impressed with her work ethic, her willingness to take on new challenges (and to see them as growth opportunities), and her overall "design chops". She learns quickly, is easy to work with, and has an incredible future ahead of her in digital design. If you ever get a chance to work with Taylor, consider yourself lucky. She's a great teammate and a talented professional."
